Toronto Animated Image Society Serves professionals and fans with seminars, workshops and screenings.
Toronto International Film Festival Group Undeniably the most important film organization in the city, responsible for the yearly Toronto International Film Festival and Sprokets Film Festival For Children plus year-round screenings at Cinematheque Ontario and Talk Cinema. The Film Circuit ensures those outside of Toronto get a chance to see the more specialized fare that usually bypasses their cities.

Alliance Atlantis/Odeon Films Canada's largest film distributor. The Alliance Atlantis banner handles New Line and Miramax releases in Canada. Odeon takes on indie and foreign fare.
Capri Films Specializing in quality arthouse fare.
Christal Films Quebecois distributor handling homegrown productions, some foreign offerings and the Lions Gate catalogue in that province. Their wares occasionally make it across province boundaries to Ontario theatres, but not very often.

Domino Specializing in Canadian cinema.
Equinoxe A rather subdued release schedule concentrates on mainstream-leaning indie fare.
